Shipping & Returns

(i) Normal Number Address: We use courier service so that you can track & trace the status of your parcel via given tracking number. Delivery fees apply to normal household/office sized orders (Please refer to Shipping Method). Larger orders may incur additional delivery fees. You will be advised prior to a fee being adjusted. Payment for all orders must be made before the order can be shipped. Buyers order will be sent within 2-5 full working days after payment received in full. Goods are securely and adequately packaged to prevent damage from occurring during transit. All care taken to ensure goods reach you in original condition but no liability if they do not.
Please note that we take no responsibility once goods departed from our premises toward you. However, you will be informed with track & trace number as soon as goods have been sent out.

(ii) We use Standard Post via Postoffice at buyers request & risk.

The risk in the goods will pass to buyer on delivery or dispatch from the Sellers premises. However, if product is found to be faulty or defective on arrival please notify us within 2 full working days beginning the day after you received the goods. Once a fault has been confirmed you will be offered either a refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer. All products that return to us for either a refund or replacement must be returned to us in their original condition.

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refund or exchange for food related packaging products.
